this depends on the product. some orders may take longer than others, but will typically be fulfilled within one week.

i do not offer returns or exchanges. once the product is delivered to you, it is yours. however, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me via email or the contact form and i will ensure that it is taken care of.

each plushie, when sold, comes with care instructions. my personal recommendation is to spot clean with clear soap and warm water if necessary. please note that if a plushie is put into a washing machine, the yarn may lose its softness and become more susceptible to damage.

i am almost always available to participate in a vendor event! i typically like to have two months between each event to ensure i have enough product available. if you would like to inquire about having hugs n’ stitches co. at your event, please contact us to find out our availability!
